1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LinkORA Date ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, apps and membership services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. Accounts are for individual, personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Verification & profiles

LinkORA Date is a paid network for verified working professionals. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, including name, place and (optionally) career details. We may verify identity, employment or education via LinkedIn, work email or manual review. Providing false, misleading or impersonated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Membership & payments

Membership plans and prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Plans are one-time payments for the stated duration (monthly, quarterly, yearly) with no auto-renewal. Applicable taxes (including GST) are inclusive unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or impersonate any person;
• post unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful or misleading content;
• solicit money, promote services or use the Service for commercial purposes;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service;
• share another member's private information outside the platform.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion, without refund.

6. Messaging & matches

Messaging is only enabled between mutually matched members. We do not guarantee any specific number of matches, messages, dates or outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

All software, design, trademarks and content of the Service (excluding user content) are owned by LinkORA Date or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it to operate the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, safety concerns or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
